Coaching Standards

  • Active supervision during all training

  • Clear instruction on safe technique execution
  • Structured and controlled training environment

Student Responsibilities

  • Train with control and awareness
  • Respect all training partners
  • Communicate injuries immediately
  • Prioritise safety over competition

Consent & Respect

Every member has the right to feel comfortable. You may refuse to train with any partner at any time without explanation.

Hygiene Standards

  • Clean kit for every session
  • No training with infections or illness
  • Short nails and good personal hygiene
  • No jewellery on the mat

Prohibited Actions

  • Slamming or uncontrolled throws
  • Jumping guard or reckless entries
  • Dangerous or unsupervised techniques
  • Any behaviour that risks injury
